The President, as chief officer of the organization, shall supervise the organization’s affairs and activities and shall make an annual report thereon to the members and shall be the organization’s primary representative to the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Junior Chamber organization.

The immediate past-President of the organization shall assist the President with special projects as needed.
Greg Harrison, VP Business Development

The Business Development Vice-President, who shall preside at membership and Board of Directors meetings in the absence of the President, shall also work with the President on such affairs of the organization as membership, finances and public relations. This office is responsible for supervision of all projects falling under the Business Area of Opportunity.
Shawn Bates, VP Community Development

The Community Development Vice-President shall work with the President on such affairs of the organization as the program for the programs/projects for community involvement. This office is responsible for supervision of all projects falling under the Community Area of Opportunity.
Jennifer Baine, VP Individual Development

The Individual Development Vice-President shall work with the President on such affairs of the organization as the programs/projects for the personal development of the individual members. This office is responsible for co-supervision of all projects falling under the Individual Area of Opportunity along with the VP of Membership Development.
Carlee Hendricks, VP Membership Development

The Membership Vice-President shall work with the President on such affairs of the organization as the programs/projects that increase membership in the organization. Also included will be the billing and contacting of all membership renewals. This office is responsible for co-supervision of all projects falling under the Individual Area of Opportunity along with the VP of Individual Development.
John Baine, State Director

The State Director shall be the organization’s representative, along with the President, to all state, regional, and district Board meetings. Additional responsibilities include reporting on United States Junior Chamber and Arkansas Junior Chamber happenings to the membership, coordinating external chapter extensions, organizing visitations to other chapters and to supervise book submissions for judging at the Arkansas Junior Chamber. This office is responsible for supervision of all projects falling under the International Area of Opportunity.
Sarah Sayers, Secretary

The Secretary shall give notice of all regular and special meetings and shall keep a permanent record of the minutes of such meetings. They shall be custodian of all official records of the organization.
John Baine, Treasurer
Treasurer@ElDoradoJaycees.org
The Treasurer shall issues notices of dues payable and be responsible for the collection thereof, keep the books of the organization. They shall prepare a report for audit by their successor.
Randy Haynie, Chaplain
The Chaplain shall serve the spiritual needs of the membership by showing that “Faith and God gives meaning and purpose to human life.”
